Archana has over 11 years of international experience as an IT professional working in development and systems analyst capacities. Her list of expertise includes  C, C++, C#, VB .Net, VB6, VBA, SQL, ASP.Net, working with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and applications such as Air beam Package Builder, JIRA, Bamboo.

As well as a developer, she is an experienced manager, having managed a team of 10 across various geographical locations.

What she has done

Archana brings with her a world of experience from industries such as health, transport, insurance, auto tech and retail. Her rich experience in the world of development includes development, testing, customisation and implementation of applications using C/C++, C#, VB.NET on web, windows and mobile platforms.

Apart from programming she has also been involved in stakeholder management, systems analysis, requirements gathering and documentation of projects, giving her unique end-to-end experience in all phases of SDLC.

What she is doing now

Archana is actively involved in a large MatterSphere implementation and has taken on the “go to” person role with advanced coding in C# and SQL management.

She is also getting involved in the development of Mosmar’s own suite of software, including Precedent Assist for MatterSphere. She has an eye for detail. Archana’s software development principle is to not only meet the client’s immediate requirement, but to accommodate for future opportunities, requirements and developments in technology.
