Pratik started with Mosmar in 2013 after completing his Masters in Information Technology.

Pratik (or Prats as he is better known) quickly became entrenched as a fundamental part of the team.  He was immediately involved in a number of high profile projects – designing and developing B2B extranet solutions involving portals and web services for data exchange.

Prats is a certified 3E MatterSphere consultant, and is globally recognised for his work with the MatterSphere Client Portal and Taskflow engine.

He leads our team of software developers to ensure all Mosmar products and custom solutions meet our high standards (as well as his!).

Through his consistent hard work, outstanding development skills and dedication to Mosmar, he became our Chief Technology Officer and a Director of Mosmar in November 2020.

What he has done

Prats has successfully designed, developed and implemented an end to end contract generation process including matter initiation, data collection, automatic document generation and integration with DocuSign for signoff.

Prats was engaged by the Shine Lawyers team to work with the design and development of their Claimify online legal compensation solution and the accompanying workflow.

He was also recently working with a large international university to develop a portal to handle inception and management of their departmental processes.

Prats has extensive experience with 3rd party software integration including DocuSign and iManage.

What he is doing now

Prats is a very efficient leader, dividing his time between leading Mosmar’s product development and providing consulting solutions to his clients.
